Heavy rain hit the area on January 27th, which helped to stop some of the fires. Authorities advise residents to continue to stay evacuated due to the dangerous mudslides from this large amount of rain. People from Los Angeles and other affected areas must decide how they will eventually rebuild what has been lost.
